Verified Reviewer |ANIME UNO IDEA
Dear UNO
Warm Greetings from Mongolia. My name is Bayasgalan Bayasaa and I am from Mongolia Ulaanbaatar.I have been running my own anime toy store for 8 years now.
I am writing this letter to request official permission to remake an Anime UNO game with anime images. There are so many anime fans in Mongolia, but no official UNO games in our country. Due to the corona virus we are all in quarantine. They are looking at a lot of smart phones.
Play with your family and stop using smart phones. If we get the permission to remake the UNO we will look for an opportunity to sell it world wide. Also I have contacted the Japanese market requesting permission to reuse anime images for UNO. If we get the permission from both sides we will be able to make everyones dream game Anime UNO.
One Piece and Dragon Ball UNO's made. But our idea is to make 4 best Animes in the world in one UNO Game. The 4 Animes are: 1. Kimetsu no Yaiba.
2. Naruto 3. One Piece 4.
Jujutsu Kaisen.
I am looking forward to hearing a positive response from you.
Thanking you in advance
For any inquiries and requests, we will be open and happy to give the answers.
Best regards,

To take down a youtubers channel
There is youtuber by the name of chugayt on his youtube channel he has a horror version of Thomas and friends and a Thomas and friends thomas and secret- Grimace shake video i am afraid about if the little kids search this up and see it might scare them because of how the youtuber made his video. His youtube channel needs to be shut down completely and he needs to be banned from youtube.
Because thomas and friends is about learning lessons and learning right from wrong.
And the narrator doesn't cuss on the friendly version of the TV show but on the youtube channel version the narrator cusses alot and there is even blood mentioned in one of his videos and thomas stretches his neck an abnormally long way and he smokes even in the video and the narrator says fine I will give you a minute to get high. So please I am begging you take down this person's youtube channel I can't even visit a McDonald's because of him.
Sincerely
Peyton Rhys Vaughn

Verified ReviewerQuestions about improving barbies and reproduction of discontinued ken doll
Hello mattel I a huge fan of the brand barbie and the dolls I grew up with them and I am also a doll collector. I had noticed the quality of barbies lacking from older barbies like cheaper materials such as hair or mostly painted on swim suits and other clothing I feel a purpose for a kids fashion doll is clothes so they could change the clothes on a barbie and now these days especially any barbie like a swimsuit barbie or color reveals and especially the dreamtopia line mostly have painted/molded on clothes and for the prices should be real clothes.
I just feel for a fashion doll line should have real clothes and also I would like to talk about the joints I don't mind some dolls having not much articulation but back then barbies would at least have the rubber bends in the kness which I really miss I feel like just having those would be good for any doll. I really love barbie and most new barbies are great like the barbie extras and cutie reveals and of course the mattel creations dolls but the other dolls could be better. And I feel for the ken dolls the ken carson doll for any with blonde hair is the same one used over and over again like could you come up with anything new I would love some rooted hair ken dolls like the movie ken dolls but I see why those have real hair because they are better quality cause they are barbie signatures but for blonde hair ken he could have a different hair style like he did in the 2000s and 2010s I would love if you went back to those hair styles and not be so cheap. I'm sorry mattel I am not trying to be rude I love the barbe products its just some could be better just improve a little I mean some dolls for the price these days could be better.
You might not improve the barbies but I would love if you could please make a reproduction of the earring magic ken doll for collector's because you made a reproduction for the best selling barbie the totally hair barbie why not make the best selling ken the earring magic ken because he is so rare and let fans who want one buy one for a not so expensive price. Thank you mattel if you read this and I really hope you improve the barbie dolls because I would love that and other people really would too so thank you and please respond.

Mattel - The Death Of Quality Service & The Rise Of Customer Backlash
ever since August 2018, Target has not been able to get any decent shipments of a particular product: The Target Exclusive Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Legacy Collection Extreme Chompin' Spinosaurus.
for 2 months it has been listed as "Temporarily Unavailable", and now it looks like Target has decided not to restock this item anytime soon, despite the numerous customers saying otherwise and the now #SaveTheSpino movement that started based on this update.
I first tried to contact the local manager at Target, they told me it was up to corporate. then I tried to contact Mattel and got no where with them. then they told me to contact Target. which I did, at their Consumer Relations line....numerous times.
they told me to click the notification button. but A) the notification button will only appear if you copy the TCIN number, place it in the search field, and then click the link. if you click on the product link through a random web search, through your favorites tab, or refreshing the item page, that notification button disappears completely. and B), I have never once received a single notification email for the past 2 months. not one.
and just to add insult to injury, the item in question has only been available for brief seconds due to the shipments being extremely low and bought out by scalpers. at this point, scalpers are a cancer. you cannot continue to allow them to take advantage of these websites and create this unfair advantage for the customers. they scoop all available stock and sell them on eBay for twice it's worth. you will find listings that goes from $100, $300, to one that was well over $1,000......for a product that's supposed to be $24.99 plus tax.
also, to add that little piece of cherry on top of the *** Sunday (don't mind the swearing, it's called freedom of speech, it's perfectly normal & extremely common, and it's a stress reliever for many, many Americans), the first ever response from Target on the site, which was from "Dave From Target", had a customer vote of 33 NOT HELPFUL before it was ultimately removed. now Target sent a 2nd response on the site, which thankfully I kept a photo of for evidence, and even now they have a vote of 37 NOT HELPFUL by customers. calling this situation bad, would be an understatement. and not only has this product not come back in stock on the site, but it has never reached store shelves.
fast forward to now, and the situation has not been resolved for almost 2 months. Target has informed me that they will try to get it back in stock, but wont say when or even promise the customers that they would. they've told me that it's up to the manufacture, but after talking with Mattel recently, I feel like no one has a single god damn clue as to what they *** they're doing. it's pure & utter chaos.
I have tried to contact Mattel through my home phone several times, but I kept getting a disconnection notice. turns out, they were refusing my calls. I even tried to send them an email in detail, and it was utterly ignored. oh, that's makes it ssssoooooooo much better, does it?
so, I was finally able to get a hold of them yesterday through my cell phone. and it was nothing but misinformation, lack of information, Mattel refusing to corporate, dismissing everything that I have said, being insulting condescending, refusing to transfer me to someone else, telling me that "I'm wasting their time" even though it's the complete opposite, and hanging up the phone on me twice. word of advice: Don't You Ever, EVER, Hang Up On Your Customers! EVER!!! That Is The Death Of Quality Customer Service & It Creates A Negative Reputation That Your Company Will NEVER Shake Off! this is why no one trusts companies like Comcast, EA Games, Konami, or even Wal-Mart. when your customers are comparing you to some of the worst & most hated companies in America, you've hit rock bottom.
all the customers kept asking for was to get this product back in stock. the #1 most important thing about every single company is NOT your employees, it's NOT your managers, it's NOT your products, it's NOT the manufacture, and it's NOT your outdated, badly written, and poorly executed policies. it's your CUSTOMERS! this is why there is such a thing called Consumer Confidence. and if you *** off your customers long enough, they are not going to want to trust your company and they will not be coming back. which only damages retailers. treating your customers with the utmost disrespect and distain is down right insulting, and I wont stand for it. your customers will not accept mediocrity and failure, and we will not tolerate such anti-consumer behavior especially in a Post-ToysR'Us environment and a dying retail market.
this is highly unacceptable and a colossal failure in almost every level. and at this point, your better off just giving the customers what they want and restocking this item before things continue to get out of hand. and trust me, if the recent Target news is anything to go by, which is the absolute worst mistake Target will ever make, it will get worse. and you'll have a much bigger mess on your hands. and you will have no one else to blame but yourselves.
at this point, I would highly recommend that no one at this point should trust Mattel as a company nor their atrocious customer service based on how badly they've treated us over the passed 2 months if not the passed 24 hours. I will make my last attempt to try to further cooperate with Target after telling them what I went through, and hopefully Target will set a better example than Mattel ever could and finally get this item back in stock both at the local stores and the online website, and they try extra hard to make sure that after the problem is fixed, it stays fixed. and unless if you want to further damage your companies already declining reputation, you WILL extend your full cooperation and attention. effective immediately! otherwise, both Mattel & Target will inevitably follow in Sears/Kmart's footsteps on the path of self destruction.
you do not gain any respect or trust from your customers when you dismiss everything that they say, act condescending, and refusing to communicate with your customers even by phone. if you cut your customers out, then you do not deserve to remain in business. you do not get rewarded or praised for being insulting, getting information completely & utterly wrong, refusing to cooperate with your customers, or being quick to hang up on them. if anything, what you get and what you deserve is being lectured and criticized. in any retail chain, if this is how you run things, the managers would have you fired. I also would never give any credit for incomplete work.
by cutting off your customers, you're hurting yourselves.
by not giving the customers what they want, your not making any money.
by not having this item in stock, Target is not making any money.
by hanging up on your customers, you're creating a negative reputation that will cause your customers to not trust you.
by not supplying any information, I cannot and will not take anything you say seriously and will dismiss all of your claims as nothing but wind & air.
by refusing to cooperate, you are creating a dangerous attitude that will get you reported to the Better Business Bureau.
by not giving Target enough shipment, you're keeping the items sales low and the customers anger high.
by not listening to your customers or resolving an issue that is only getting worse & worse with each passing day, you make yourselves look like a bunch of ***
"is it store policies to call your customers an ass-whipe?" - MadTV (what a perfect skit to use as a metaphor that perfectly describes Mattel's poor customer service) FYI - you think I'm joking, well, watch this skit and tell me if you don't get the same vibe either: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTkgpy9grFI
and all this time, neither Mattel nor Target ever stop to reconsider what they're doing. not once did you think that maybe you need to re-evaluate the situation and look for additional options, better options, options that you probably never even considered or never crossed your minds,
you claim that "we've exhausted every possible option" or "there's nothing more we can do", when though that is complete & total B***s***. there's is plenty you can do, you just wont do it nor did you ever stop to think that there is an option that you may have overlooked or missed. even solutions that both Mattel & Target didn't even think about. you need to gain a different perspective because your not thinking clearly. which is painfully obvious when your own staff can get information wrong of your own products. how the *** does that even happen? how is it that A) your customers ate 10 steps ahead of you and B) you can't even get the information correct for your own products? that's not quality customer service, that's just pure incompetence.
ultimately, not once did Mattel nor Target ever stop to think that maybe their decisions may eventually backfire. that if you're not careful enough, it could lead to ever worst disasters further down the road. no, you did not. you never once even considered that as a possibility. this is why your customer service is just so disgustingly bad.
this is not good work no matter what company you work for. any rational person with a functioning brain would call Mattel out for this abomination, and any person would give them a 1 out of 5 star rating. yes, I know it was no one intentions to have this happen. but this is why you need to keep ALL of your information consistent and that's why you need to have some level of quality control. and that's why after the numerous customer backlash, you're gonna have to drop this attitude of yours and you're going to have to do the right thing. you're going to have to cooperate with Target, you're going to have to get the products back in stock and keep the shipments healthy, you're going to have to supply your customers and to the retail chains accurate and consistent information, and you're going to give the customers what they want. to quote Two-Face from The Dark Knight: "It's Not About What I want, It's About What's FAIR!!!"
in the Retail Apocalypse, only the strongest will survive. Mattel, you wont last a day. and like I said, this is NOT good quality customer service. this is just pure incompetence. nothing more.
- Quality of the products
- Refusing to cooperate
- Cutting off communication
- Leaving a problem unresolved for an extended period of time
Preferred solution: I demand an apology from Mattel for how disrespectful they've been, full cooperation w/ Target to restock this item immediately, & I want this exact product sent to me for free after the trouble & frustration you've caused me.
Create demand but don't create product to fulfill
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
