I ordered the Barbie Dream House with ample time!Here it is the 29th and nothing yet!

That's $150-plus order that was already taken from my checking account! The worst is trying to get help from Mattel through their customer service@mattel e-mail address and it's been kicked back twice. Who's running this business? I thought I was being smart by going directly to the company for this product.

Also, the so-called discount for the order by submitting my own e-mail address was not applied even after requesting the additional 10%. What gives?

This had been a huge disappointment and frustrating trying to get some help.Maybe we can blame Mattel's shipping partner?
